Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to end users via phone, email, or remote tools
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and devices
- Support Microsoft 365, email, and user account management
- Log and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution or escalation
- Assist in maintaining IT documentation and system records
- Deliver excellent customer service and user support
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and printers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills with a customer-focused approach
